Project Overview

Donate Rifat Sarder is a humanitarian fundraising platform built to support the urgent kidney transplant of a young student, Rifat Sarder. The project demonstrates how technology can be leveraged to mobilize communities, streamline donations, and provide transparent progress updates in real time. Challenge: Rifat’s medical condition required immediate financial support, but traditional fundraising methods lacked reach and efficiency. The challenge was to create a digital solution that could quickly engage donors, ensure trust, and simplify the donation process. Solution: Our team developed a responsive web application that integrates clear storytelling, secure payment options, and live progress tracking. The platform highlights Rifat’s background, medical details, and fundraising goals, while offering multiple channels for contributions (bank transfer, mobile payment, and direct contact). Updates are automated to reassure donors that their support is making a tangible difference. Key Features: - Impactful storytelling: Presents Rifat’s journey with empathy and clarity. - Donation transparency: Real-time progress bar showing funds raised vs. target. - Multi-channel support: Bank details, mobile numbers, and secure payment pathways. - Responsive design: Optimized for mobile and desktop to maximize accessibility. - Community engagement: Encourages sharing and collective action through social proof. Technologies Used: The platform was built with modern web technologies ensuring speed, security, and scalability. Frontend frameworks and hosting solutions were chosen to deliver a seamless user experience and reliable uptime during critical fundraising periods. Impact: Within days of launch, the site began attracting donations and spreading awareness across social networks. By combining emotional storytelling with technical precision, the project not only raised funds but also showcased how digital platforms can save lives.
